Hi!
I recently switched to Reaper for mastering, so far everything is great apart from one thing I can't seem to work out.
My workflow is making a mastering layout with songs each having their own region, so that when I render, I can render 'project regions' to render all songs separately.
Everything is fine except with fades. The final renders have all plug ins and processing, but it hasn't included any of the fades that I have done on the start and ends of songs. I've search on here and found lots of info on apply FX to track, but just wondering if I am missing something? Surely the fades would normally render when bounced, rather than just for monitoring when mastering?
Other info I found is glueing the fades to the songs, and creating a new version, but that seems a little clunky if mastering say 20 songs, creating a new file for each one.
I'm sure I'm missing something as it's a really simple thing, everything else is great.
Any advice would be amazing, thanks!
